Artwork guidelines

Prepare files with confidence.

These are practical guidelines, not a preflight approval. Each project can have different requirements based on its size, material, finishing, and production method.

Preferred format

Print-ready PDF is preferred for most production workflows.

Resolution

For raster artwork, 300 DPI at final size is generally recommended.

Bleed

Include 0.125-inch bleed where the artwork should extend to the finished edge, unless project requirements specify otherwise.

Color

CMYK is preferred for print production when the project requires process color.
